New Corporate Entity
We want to inform you that since June 30th 2022, the Corporate name and entity VoloAgri Group has changed to Axia Vegetable Seeds Group, Inc. In addition, now that we completed the relocation of our Open field activities from San Luis Obispo, CA to Woodland, CA, San Luis Obispo Seeds, Inc. will be named Axia Vegetable Seeds USA, Inc. doing business as “USAgriseeds”.
Our commitment to our customers and partners, as an innovative and trusted source, remains our highest priority at all times. Therefore, these changes to our company names allow us to leveraging the goodwill we have established in our leading brands Axia Vegetable Seeds@ for our Protected business, and USAgriseeds@ for our Open Field business. Our focus in breeding are on key strategic crops; Tomato, Cucumber, Melon, Watermelon and we are further developing our programs in Hot and Sweet Pepper. We are currently investing in (new) greenhouses for the Open Field crops and Protected business with the most innovating new technologies.
