This dish is for 4 persons
First, finely chop the garlic cloves. Then cut the tomatoes in half and sprinkle with some thyme, rosemary, the chopped garlic and some breadcrumbs
Then lightly coat a grill pan with olive oil or lightly grease a baking tray with olive oil. Then place the tomatoes with the cut side down in the grill pan or on the baking tray. Then grill the tomatoes for about 3 to 4 minutes.
